Complaints Process

At ISDCPro we are committed to providing the best services all times. In case if you are a user and have any queries, complaints or suggestions feel free to connect us by clicking the below “Raise A Ticket” button and by filling the Form afterwards. In the form you can either ask a General Query, Complaint, Suggestion or Technical Support.

Once you have submitted the details, our support team will get back to you in 48 hours. After that each follow up email will be reverted as early as possible in certain technical fixes, it can only go up to a maximum of 5 days to resolve things.

Complaints will be dealt with in a confidential manner that is respectful to the student. Reasonable steps will be taken to protect personal information of the student, unauthorised access, use, disclosure or any other misuse during the complaint handling process.

If the complaint is not handled to your satisfaction, you can then have the option to escalate the complaint to ACCA. If you have exhausted both the complaints process and ACCA’s, then you can escalate to the appropriate regulator.
